What an honor to create the Wild Goose Chase 2018 jersey!
Born and raised in Maryland, I've bicycled, driven, walked, and kayaked through Blackwater Wildlife Refuge with friends and family. The Wild Goose Chase was one of the first organized rides I did with my cycling pals, the Sassy Sisters, and later it was one of my first vending events as the owner and founder of SassyCyclist.
My plan is to create a bespoke design for the jersey with elegant imagery befitting the beautiful flora and fauna of Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, and at the same time, making sure that it's fun and lively like the Wild Goose Chase 2018!
The jerseys will be made in the same manner as all of my previous jerseys, with the same soft performance fabric and features, such as a feminine-friendly fit, full zipper, 2 rear pockets, retro-reflective trim down the back, and binding on the sleeves and hem. If you already have a Sassy jersey, you know what to expect. If you don't, see what they're all about in The Jersey.
A prototype of the WGC 2018 design should be ready in a few weeks. If you'd like to see it as soon as it's available, please sign up in the box below.

How does the sizing run?
The all-important question! Fully aware of the wide and frustrating discrepancies in cyclewear sizing, we put a lot of effort into creating a collection that matches regular clothing sizes. Choose your jersey size based on your typical dress/ blouse size. If you're between sizes, decide whether you like a snugger or looser fit and choose accordingly. You do not need to automatically size up. Please see the Size Chart.
